TRAVEL DAY: What I'm Bringing & What I'm Wearing

Travel days always sneak up way quicker than expected….
I travel often enough from coast to coast so I’ve nailed down exactly what to pack in my carry-on and what to wear to feel my best.
Let’s start off with my carry-on bag. Very original over here with the Beis tote!! It’s popular for a reason - I really can’t say enough good things about it.
Honestly, I feel like the grandma from Halloweentown when I pull out everything I have managed to pack in there. If you need something, I probably have it!
A peak inside the bag:
Wallet - I like a small one so I can easily transfer from bag to bag
Kindle - This case is so fun! I always find the best ones on Etsy.
Face mist - Have been using every day for months and can confirm it really works.
Passport holder- It’s the little things
Hand sanitizer - Obviously. I really like this one because it’s clean and good for sensitive skin (me!!).
Comb - A post flight essential..
Clip - Never go anywhere without this clip. This is a very comfortable one as well!
Glasses - I fear I forgot my glasses…but usually they’re always with me. How cute!
Protein bar - Always need a snacky. The Sakara brand is one of my favs to pack! OH and I also always have these crackers on hand.
Okay the in-flight outfit is very important. I personally prefer to feel somewhat put together (while still prioritizing comfort). Leaning into clothing that is buildable will help in the case your plans fall right after your flight lands!
Here’s what I decided on:
Tank- Always my first decision. A neutral tank that I can wear under my jacket or top. You can never predict the weather!!
Long sleeve tee- This shirt is sooo important. It hits at the perfect spot. Not too short and not too long…..the sweet spot that is very hard to find!
Poplin pants - Obviously. These ones are my fav for travel- they have a nice shape but still have extra room for movement/comfort. Also not too thick.
Silk scrunchie - My hair very much overstimulates me (anyone else?) so having this item on hand is always a must. Bonus points because this one is washable!!
Simple sneakers - Current summer fav. Comfy and classic!
